Columbia 300 changed bowling by inserting ceramic and titanium pieces into cores in balls like the Cuda/C and Messenger Titanium. This technology changed ball reaction and hitting power, and we are back at it with PowerCOR, a dense yet drillable sphere inserted into the core body. The PowerCOR is an ultra-dense proprietary material that provides the benefits of lowering the RG and creates a harder-hitting ball. A significant advantage of PowerCOR is that it does not restrict you from using an interchangeable thumb or deeper holes.
The Messenger Titanium balls exploded onto the bowling scene in the late 90s because of their performance and value, and this new series will do the same. We introduce PowerCOR in the new Messenger PowerCOR Solid and Messenger PowerCOR Pearl. The Messenger PowerCOR Solid and Pearl are two balls that complement each other perfectly and stand on their own; both use our new Reflex cover base and different finishes for different bowler styles and conditions. This is a terrific evolution in technology and creates a lot of performance and value.
